Ideal viscosity when high temperature chain oil is selected on the spraying line chain; it has a high viscosity index, good adhesion at high temperature, and provides good lubrication. This is very important, the chain oil in the drying room, the viscosity grade selected is No. 320# or No. 460. The viscosity index cannot be lower than 130. Because the viscosity is too large, the permeability is not good; if the viscosity is too small, it is easy to drip. Another point is also very important, whether it is an automatic oil dispenser or an oil cup, the oil volume can be adjusted. The oil volume is subject to the complete penetration of the chain without dripping oil. Over-lubrication and under-lubrication are both very harmful. Only at any time between the two lubrication intervals, when there is a visible or invisible oil film on the chain, is proper lubrication. Do the above two points well, add high temperature chain oil to the chain of the spraying line without dripping oil.
For the high temperature chain oil of the spraying line, it is recommended to use the storage equipment to spray the chain oil of the line. The chain oil of the spraying line of storage equipment has very high adhesion, does not drip at high temperature, has less volatilization, and will not cause product pollution. It is suitable for the lubrication of the high temperature chain of the spraying line of the storage equipment, and also suitable for other occasions where the paint baking room is required. The maximum operating temperature is 200℃. Precautions In the process of storage, transportation and use, impurities and moisture should be prevented from mixing. Do not mix with other oils. There is a certain amount of evaporation loss at high temperature, and special attention should be paid to opening the air duct when using it to avoid accidents.
Product Storage Any lubricating products should be stored indoors or under shelters; when outdoor storage is unavoidable, horizontal placement should be considered first to avoid the intrusion of rainwater or humid air and prevent the marks on the oil drums from being eroded. Prevent foreign matter contamination during use, storage and transportation.
Products should not be stored at temperatures above 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light. At the same time care should be taken that used products contain potentially harmful contaminants and prolonged or repeated apparent contact with used oils of any type and form must be avoided.
