The inspection items specified in JB/T 7453-2013 Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluids mainly include: 1) Appearance inspection index requires uniform transparent liquid 2) The storage and transportation stability test index shall be free of discoloration, delamination and uniform transparent liquid 3) The phase state detection index shall be uniform, transparent or translucent 4) The corrosion test shall be conducted with cast iron, copper and aluminum alloy test pieces 5) The stability test of diluent requires no oil or soap precipitation 6) The anti-rust test requires that the temperature is 33-37 ℃, and the single-piece anti-rust test needs to pass the 24-hour inspection to be qualified, and the laminated anti-rust test needs to pass the 4-hour inspection to be qualified 7) In addition, the test items of semi-synthetic cutting fluid include defoaming property, pH value, surface tension, salt tolerance, hard water adaptability, extreme pressure PD value, interfriction, adaptability to machine tool paint and other indicators 3. The test items specified in GB/T 31469-2015 Cutting Fluids for Semiconductor Materials mainly include: The inspection indicators of cutting fluid for semiconductor materials are relatively few. The appearance inspection indicators require colorless or yellowish transparent liquid. In addition, the inspection items include viscosity, density, chroma, pH value, water content, conductivity and other indicators. In fact, there is also a local standard DB22/T 467-2009 "Clean Synthetic Metal Cutting Fluids" in the metal cutting fluid testing standard.
