(3) There is oxygen in the annealing process.

In order to avoid this phenomenon, the drawing solution must itself contain antioxidants in order to prevent all or part of the copper wire from blackening. Protective measures will be most effective during the final annealing process.

1. Management of the concentration of high-speed copper wire drawing solution

(1) The concentration is too high, the cost increases, and the mixed oil is easy to form a gel-like substance and difficult to filter;

(2) If the concentration is too low, there will be problems in processing performance, such as: shortened service life of the mold, poor product accuracy, decreased oxygen resistance, etc., which will lead to machine rust due to insufficient anti-rust performance, and problems such as easy corruption of the drawing fluid;

(3) Detection method of drawing liquid concentration in use: The palm sugar star meter (refractometer) can be used according to the actual refraction degree detected by multiplying the refraction coefficient of the product provided on the product data, and obtain the concentration of working liquid in actual use (actual concentration = refractometer reading × product refraction coefficient).



2. Daily maintenance of high-speed copper wire drawing liquid in use

(1) Accurately grasp the tank capacity and daily consumption;

(2) Preparation of new liquid or daily added water or concentrated liquid, requiring accurate measurement, concentration control within the range of process requirements;

(3) Every day, full-time personnel must be assigned to measure the use of working liquid concentration, pH value, oil temperature, adding raw liquid and other data must be recorded and archived.



3. Anti-rust and anti-oxidation of high-speed copper wire drawing liquid

If the drawing liquid contains a large amount of phosphoric acid, chloride ions, sulfate and other impurities, the drawing liquid is easy to rot, deteriorate, and the lubrication anti-rust performance decreases sharply; Water-based wire drawing liquid only has short-term anti-rust and anti-oxidation properties, if the processed product needs to stay for a long time between processes or when the climate changes greatly, it needs to be covered with protective film treatment in time.
