●Features

Polyisobutylene (PIB 950, 1300, 2400, etc.) is mainly used in the production of Ashless Dispersant, additives for flushing the fuel system of a gasoline engine, and anticorrosion additives.

PIB are suitable for wide range of applications such as greases, oil thickeners, gear oils, hydraulic oils, compressor oils and even Metal Working Fluid And Additive. It doesn't leave any residue post volatilization or thermal decomposition. PIB 2400 has better reactivity and the ability to directly fall into the functional group, which can be an important basestock in Lubricant Additive Component.

●Package, Storage and Transportation

Package: 200 L iron drum or according to user`s requirement; Transportation by container or truck. Maximum storage temperature shall not exceed 45℃. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive, and it is same as petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, use and other aspects, thus it needs no special protection. It should avoid contact with strong antioxidant when use. In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergent.
