Base oil and additives must complement each other in order to cope with the rigorous working conditions faced by the engine and gearbox. The functions of lubricating oil are as follows:

Correct use of lubricating oil plays an extremely important role in improving the operation performance of the unit, prolonging the service life of the unit and saving economic expenses. Therefore, we must pay attention to the following points when using it. (1) Regular inspection and timely replacement With the lapse of machine operation time, the lubricating oil in the refrigeration system will change qualitatively. Therefore, sampling analysis or color phase contrast inspection should be carried out regularly. When the oil quality changes to a certain extent, it should be replaced in time. Normally, the lubricating oil in the refrigeration system should be replaced once a year. (2) Oil change requirements 1.To recognize the brand of new oil, it is better not to change the brand of refrigerated oil easily. It is strictly forbidden to use general oil instead of refrigerated oil. 2.Before replacement, all the oil in the system should be discharged, and some new oil should be added, and all the old oil remaining in the system should be washed and discharged, so as to prevent the original oil from destroying the performance indicators of the new oil and affecting the service life of the unit. 3.When changing oil, the remaining oil of oil cooler should be discharged. The sediment and rust in the oil tank and pumping recovery device are thoroughly removed, and the oil pump and filter are disassembled, inspected and cleaned to ensure that the replaced lubricating oil is clean and well lubricated.
