1. Hydraulic oil
(1) DOPP-SYNT 70
① The tension hydraulic system, brake/emergency drive hydraulic system, and bending rail lifting hydraulic system of the Huatai Cableway currently use DOPP-SYNT 70 hydraulic oil, which is a special oil for Dobermaya. The oil quality is tested at the end of each year, and if there is no deterioration, it should continue to be used and frequently replaced with new oil. In addition to increasing costs, it is also easy to cause system pollution. So during the annual inspection, using oil injection tools to circulate and filter the oil in use can improve system reliability. When the hydraulic hose reaches its service life and is replaced simultaneously, the hydraulic oil can be replaced simultaneously; ② The hydraulic oil replaced by the hydraulic system is stored and used for semi monthly and monthly inspections to lubricate the inner running rails, decoupling rails, and external bell mouth sections of the balance rails at the upper and lower stations. During seasonal inspections, a thin and even layer of lubrication and rust prevention is applied to the tracks of the lower station parking garage and the upper station emergency parking garage after cleaning. The waste liquid pressure oil is reused to save some costs.

(2) 46 # anti wear hydraulic oil
Anti wear hydraulic oil (HM hydraulic oil) is developed from rust and oxygen resistant hydraulic oil. It has a series of products such as alkaline high zinc, alkaline low zinc, neutral high zinc, and ashless. They are all classified into four grades based on 40 ℃ kinematic viscosity: 22, 32, 46, and 68. The hydraulic buffer of the platform cableway carriage, the steel wire rope hydraulic jacking device, the manual hydraulic pump (hydraulic puller, the opening device of the rope holder jaw), the pressing tool for the tension test of the rope holding force, the hydraulic replacement device for the cable sheave liner, etc., all use 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, which has good anti foaming property and air release value, to ensure that the foam generated under the condition of severe mechanical agitation during operation can quickly disappear; And it can release the air mixed in the oil in a short period of time to achieve accurate, sensitive, and stable transmission of static pressure.

2. 80W-90 Gear Oil

Gear oil is used for lubricating various gears in transmissions, reducers, and differentials, which can prevent tooth surface wear, scratches, sintering, etc., extend service life, and improve transmission power and efficiency. Gear oil has different models and grades, and different grades of gear oil are selected based on the severity of gear working conditions. The gearbox of the rescue winch on the Huatai Cableway Line, the gearbox of the drive station, and the gearbox of the up and down station lifting platform commutator all use 80W-90 gear oil. The gear oil 80w-90 is a viscosity level indicator, where W represents low-temperature type gear oil, 80 represents low-temperature viscosity. The smaller the number, the smaller the viscosity, the better the fluidity, and the stronger the low-temperature performance. 90 represents high-temperature viscosity, and the larger the number, the higher the high-temperature viscosity, and the higher the temperature resistance. The lubrication oil replacement cycle for gear reducers is generally 5000 hours of operation or every four years, whichever comes first. Regardless of the oil analysis results, new oil needs to be replaced. We conduct monthly inspections and oil level observations on the line winch, conduct quarterly trial runs, and check whether the reducer is leaking oil. We usually need to pay more attention to the oil level in the oil window, regularly sample and test the oil, and replace it as a whole if necessary; The lubrication oil replacement cycle for the inverter gearbox of the lifting platform is one year. During the annual maintenance period, the old oil is cleaned and replaced with new gear oil.

3. Diesel engine oil CH-4 15W/40
It provides lubricating oil for the 800KW diesel generator and emergency drive diesel engine of this cableway. During the annual maintenance process, the engine oil is replaced to ensure the integrity and safe operation of the diesel generator set, and to ensure normal use. CH-4 represents the quality standard for diesel engine oil, C represents diesel engine oil, H represents the quality level of the oil, and 4 represents that the oil is suitable for 4-stroke diesel engines and is certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API). The higher the level standard, the higher the level. The series of API engine oils starting with "C" represents diesel engine oils, with specifications including API CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CF, CF-2, CF-4, CG-4/CH-4, and CI-4. The letter after C represents the meaning from "CA" to "CI". With each increment of letter, the performance of the engine oil will be better than the previous one, and there will be more additives used to protect the engine. "W" represents winter, and the higher the number in front of it, the better the low-temperature fluidity of the engine oil. It represents the lower the ambient temperature available for use, and the better the protective ability of the engine during cold start, 15w resistance to external low temperature -20 ° C; The number after "W" is an indicator of the high temperature resistance of the engine oil. The larger the value, the better the protective performance of the engine oil at high temperatures. It can withstand external high temperatures of 40 ° C.


4. BP grease
BP grease is a high-energy, multi-purpose lubricating grease based on mineral oil and thickened with composite lithium soap. It has excellent high-temperature lubrication and extreme pressure bearing capacity. The additives contained enhance its resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and wear. It is mainly used in the DS bearing position of the line bracket wheel group (the initial installation of the flower platform cableway used XHP222 grease, and later the foreign party suggested using BP grease for better results). The axle of the bracket wheel group needs to be refueled twice a year, divided into rope lifting and non rope lifting refueling. We carry out refueling for the bracket wheel group during high temperatures in summer, because during the operation of the cableway, the rocker and balance beam shafts of the bracket wheel group are both in a loaded state, and lubricating grease is injected through the oil nozzle, which cannot be fully lubricated. Lift the steel wire rope, shake the balance beam and rocker of the wheel group back and forth, and add high temperature grease to absorb it well, so that the beam shaft of the wheel group can be fully lubricated.

5. XHP222 lubricating grease
XHP222 lubricating grease is made from high-quality composite lithium soap base combined with highly viscous polymers. Under harsh working conditions, it will not soften and has excellent adhesion. It maintains consistent hardness at working temperatures between -20 ℃ and 150 ℃. This grease has excellent anti stripping ability, sealing characteristics, excellent water pollution tolerance, and high-temperature oxidation resistance. It is applied to line cable pulleys (when replacing bearings, the old grease should be cleaned up, and when adding new grease, the external environment should be kept clean to prevent impurities from entering the sleeve and ensure that the bearings are fully lubricated); The four point suspension rod flexible shaft and suspension arm of the carriage, the tensioning small car running wheel, the turnout shaft, the driving wheel sprocket joint surface and copper sleeve, the universal joint shaft, and the turnout switching rail (all of the above are lubricated during quarterly inspections, while ensuring that the oil injection port is clean and old oil is cleaned in a timely manner).

6. SHC460 lubricating grease
SHC460 grease is a high-performance high-quality lubricant formulated with Synthetic Base Oil and high-quality composite lithium soap base. The wax free properties and low traction coefficient of synthetic base oils provide excellent low-temperature pumping performance and very low starting and running torque. The composite lithium soap base provides excellent adhesion, structural stability, and water resistance. This grease has high chemical stability and uses a special additive combination formula to provide excellent wear resistance, rust prevention, and corrosion protection under high and low temperature conditions. It is mainly used in cableway drive wheels, roundabout wheel bearings (quarterly lubrication), and emergency bearings (annual lubrication). The large wheel bearing group bears the gravity of the large wheel and the tension of the steel wire rope, so the lubrication of the bearing group must be in place. SHC460 grease helps to extend the lifespan of gears and bearings in enclosed gear drives operating under extreme loads, speeds, and temperatures; Emergency bearing is an emergency measure taken by the cableway to transport tourists to the station through emergency bearing when the large wheel bearing malfunctions. It has a similar lubrication effect to the large wheel bearing and is basically not used, so the lubrication cycle is longer than the large wheel bearing.


7. FUCHS ANTICORIT OHK rust preventive oil
This is a high-performance rust inhibitor that forms a highly adhesive, oily, non curing, and extremely thin rust protection film on metal surfaces. Its oil film thickness is very thin, providing good protection for iron and non-ferrous metals, with strong resistance to hand corrosion and good lubrication performance. It is mainly used in the spiral spring of the working brake of the cableway, the butterfly spring of the emergency brake (disassembled every four years, rust removed and lubricated to ensure the elastic effect of the brake), and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder (lubricated once a month, which is prone to rust when damp, and lubricated regularly to prevent dust particles from entering the hydraulic cylinder)

8. INTERFLON Food Grease LT2
This grease has excellent high and low temperature performance, reduces friction and wear, is extremely resistant to water erosion, inhibits rust and corrosion, has excellent emergency lubrication characteristics, is transparent, and is easy to visually inspect. Under almost any condition, it has a long lifespan at both low and high temperatures. Its extreme pressure characteristics can withstand high impact loads. It is mainly used for lubrication of the internal shaft, shaft sleeve, torsion bar spring, etc. of the carriage rope gripper (when disassembling the carriage rope gripper every year, all components of the rope gripper are cleaned, and lubrication is applied during installation after flaw detection).

9. Methyl silicone oil
Silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertness, and low surface tension. In addition, it also has low viscosity temperature coefficient and high compression resistance. It is mainly applied to the guide plates in the upper and lower stations of the cableway (semi monthly inspection and monthly inspection for lubrication), in order to reduce the resistance of the carriage guide plate passing through the station and protect the carriage.

10. ELASKON NK-BB Wire Rope Lubricant
ELASKON NK-BB is a liquid containing odorless solvents under normal conditions. After the solvent evaporates, it forms a scratch resistant oil film on the metal surface. This oil film has good waterproof performance and adhesion, and provides long-term corrosion protection. It is a steel wire rope maintenance lubricant, and the rope head of the flower platform cableway is lubricated every two months.

11. LUBCON Grizzlygrease NO.1 Ring Gear Lubricant
It is a lubricating grease specifically designed for high load open gears and vertical mills. It also marks the completion of asphalt or asphalt based lubricants used to lubricate gears. LUBCON Grizzlygrease NO.1 is based on lithium/calcium composites with high-pressure additives, combined with soap structure to ensure metal surface adhesion. It has good waterproof and anti-corrosion properties, a wide temperature range, can handle high loads, encourage oxidation, reduce wear resistance, reduce impact loads, lower friction, has no impact on mixed metals, and is mechanically stable. It is mainly used for lubrication of large gear rings and emergency drive small gear rings, and lubrication and maintenance are carried out quarterly.


12. ROCOL chain oil
The chain oil used in the Huatai Ropeway is ROCOL 22306 multi-purpose chain oil, which has extremely high resistance to heavy loads. The long-term wet film effectively provides lubrication and prolongs the chain life. The operating temperature range is -15 ℃ to+120 ℃. Applied to large wheel chain couplings, we disassemble them once a year, clean and dry them with kerosene first, and then apply lubrication on the surface for preventive maintenance.
