The most common types are water-based cleaning agents and solvent based environment-friendly cleaning agents, which are mainly used in metal stamping parts, die-casting parts, CNC workpieces, automotive metal precision parts, terminals, clocks and watches, computer mobile phone accessories, micro motors, bearings, powder metallurgy and other industries. However, due to different cleaning requirements and cleaning objects, these factors must be considered when selecting suitable products, otherwise various problems will occur during cleaning.
1. Water based cleaning agent or solvent type cleaning agent? If the cleaning object is required to volatilize quickly and has the requirements of rust prevention, the environmentally friendly hydrocarbon cleaning agent with solvent is preferred. If the cleaning cost is required to be low, the volatilization of cleaning is not required, and it is not sensitive to rust prevention, the water-based cleaning agent can be selected. 2. Is rust prevention required after cleaning? Hydrocarbon cleaning agent is generally used as the cleaning agent for production process flow, because hydrocarbon cleaning agent is safe, environment-friendly, pollution-free, and has the advantages of good chemical stability, dryness, permeability, low boiling point, low viscosity, low surface tension, and strong cleaning capacity. Some workpieces need to have short-term rust prevention function after cleaning, so as to carry out the next production process. 3. Use ultrasonic cleaning machine or spray cleaning? This is also very particular when selecting cleaning agents. If water-based cleaning agents are used in ultrasonic cleaning machines, they are not sensitive to foam requirements, while spray cleaning has requirements for foam, requiring low foam degreasing and degreasing cleaning agents. However, there is also a contradiction. As many excellent surfactants cannot be used, the degreasing and degreasing capacity of low foam detergent is relatively weak, and its cleaning effect is difficult to achieve that of high foam detergent. This must be considered comprehensively when selecting detergent. Everything has its advantages and disadvantages. To sum up, when selecting industrial cleaning agents, we should not be blind. We should consider the comprehensive cost, cleaning requirements and current environmental protection requirements. It is recommended to give priority to the use of "hydrocarbon cleaning agents".
Select the appropriate industrial cleaning agent according to the type of oil stain of the cleaning object. The requirements for cleaning agents are different because of different oil stains to be cleaned. 1. The components of this kind of oil stain are relatively simple, the time that they exist on the metal surface is relatively short, the adhesion is not strong, and they are easy to remove. Therefore, it is OK to choose the normal temperature cleaning agent that is non corrosive to metals, and the requirements for other indicators of the cleaning agent are not high. In terms of component selection of cleaning agent, hydrophobic surfactant containing aliphatic group is mostly used for animal and vegetable oily oil stains. Hydrophobic surfactant containing aromatic group is mainly used for mineral oil stain. 2. The oil stains on metal surfaces such as machinery and parts stored for a long time are mostly rust preventive oil, rust preventive grease, vapor phase rust inhibitor and water-soluble Corrosion Inhibitor. Because the components of this kind of oil stain are relatively complex, adhere closely to metal, volatilize and self polymerize for a long time, and even undergo physical and chemical changes, it is difficult to clean. This requires the selection of cleaning agents according to different situations. For thick oil stains such as rust proof grease, warm cleaning agent can be used for unsealing and then cleaning, which can greatly improve the unsealing cleaning efficiency. For thin oil, vapor phase corrosion inhibitor and water-soluble corrosion inhibitor, two kinds of cleaning agents can be used, namely, heating or normal temperature. 3. The oil stain produced by the cleaning object after operation is more complex. This kind of oil stain is mostly various lubricating oil, fuel oil, etc., plus other industrial dirt, dust, metal powder. Due to the long time, complex operation and various factors, such oil contamination has complex composition, firm adhesion and difficult cleaning. In general, special cleaning agents should be selected according to the different components of oil contamination. For example, carbon removal cleaning agents should be used to clean engine carbon deposits. Scale remover shall be used for cleaning scale.
