The water-soluble extreme pressure cutting fluid is formulated into a 95% aqueous solution, which is used for 40 days in the permanent magnet material slicer. It is non-toxic, harmless, and non-irritating. The cutting fluid does not deteriorate or discharge during use, and it only needs to replenish the cutting fluid regularly to meet the needs of machining accuracy. Compared with oil-based cutting fluid, it has low cost and is an ideal cutting fluid substitute.
