Solvent cleaning: Use organic solvent, spray an appropriate amount on the surface of the chain, or remove the chain and soak it in the solvent, and then remove it with a mechanical method such as a brush. This method does not require a cleaning device and is simple and easy to operate, but it needs to be shut down during cleaning, which is labor-intensive, the solvent is flammable and has safety problems, and it is difficult to clean the gaps in the chain. 2. Dry ice cleaning: Use special equipment to spray dry ice onto the surface of the chain at high speed, the residue is rapidly cooled and brittle, the adhesion ability drops sharply, and the dry ice particles impact at high speed to peel off the residue. Dry ice cleaning has high efficiency, no disassembly and debugging, short downtime, but high cost, and the internal gaps of the chain are not cleaned cleanly. 3. Mechanical removal by brush: add a brush wheel (or copper wire brush wheel) to the equipment, and automatically brush off the residue on the surface of the chain during the operation of the chain. This method does not require downtime, no labor, and low cost, but The cleaning effect is not good, and the brush needs to be replaced regularly. Each of the above methods can clean and remove residues to a certain extent, prolong the service life of the chain, and reduce product pollution. However, due to the special structural limitations of the chain, it is difficult to clean the internal gaps of the chain.
