2. Run the processing fluid at the proper concentration. If twice the concentration of the processing fluid you use can meet the minimum concentration required by the work, you will also get twice the residue

3. Try to use high-quality water to mix the processing fluid. "Hard water" is one of the main sources of cations, which can react with the components in the processing fluid to generate water-insoluble residues

4. Remove the residues and metal chips from the liquid tank in time. They may also be the source of cations

5. Regularly use the processing fluid to "wash" the machine tool. Dissolve the residue formed by evaporation of water. This also reduces the amount of replenished processing fluid. In short, regular cleaning can easily keep the machine clean

6. If there are difficult residues on the machine tool. It is very helpful to gently spray or brush soluble surfactant on the surface of the machine tool to make it penetrate into the residue before cleaning.
