(1) Transshipment into the factory

(4) Production and treatment

The waste mineral oil is first removed by the filter, the coarse mechanical impurities are removed, and then most of the moisture and fine mechanical impurities are removed by the centrifuge, so that the moisture content in the raw oil is reduced to less than 2%, and then it is raised to a certain temperature (about 105 degrees Celsius) by the preheater, and then it is entered into the drying and deodorizing tower. In the vacuum state in the tower (pressure of about 6000 pa) filling, further remove the water in the raw material and odor of low-boiling substances, which water and low-boiling substances through the distilled air away. The final remaining component is distilled short range to separate the Base Oil from the heavy impurity component.
