Matters needing special attention in degreasing:
1. Ultrasonic degreasing should be used for degreasing, and stainless steel should be used. In order to save investment in machinery and equipment projects, some galvanizing plants use PP tank bodies, and a stainless steel plate is hung on the side. In this way, although a certain cost is saved, the effect of ultrasonic waves will be different.
2. The chemical liquid of the oil removal tank should be replaced regularly to avoid secondary pollution. Since the effect of degreasing is to remove the dirt on the surface of the injection molded product, if it is reflected to a certain level, the liquid medicine will be ineffective. The dissolved substances and physical contamination in it may be attached to the surface of the injection-molded product, which is likely to cause secondary pollution.
3. Incomplete degreasing will affect the electroplating process effect of the product, and make the process flow unable to obtain excellent passivation treatment, thereby endangering the bonding or causing safety hazards such as leakage plating.
4. Select the appropriate degreaser to obtain hydrophilic effect on the surface of injection molding products.
5. If sufficient oil removal time cannot achieve the effect of oil removal, it can be solved by increasing the concentration value or temperature of oil removal.
