Product Introduction:
Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid is a kind of water-soluble cutting fluid which contains both mineral oil and chemical Synthetic Base Oil. Also called Microemulsion Cutting fluid. Its concentrate consists of a small amount of mineral oil (5% - 30%), oily agent, Antiwear Ep Additive, Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, surfactant and preservative. The diameter of the diluent oil drop is less than 1 μ m, and the diluent is transparent or translucent. It has good cooling, lubrication and antirust properties. It has the advantages of emulsion and synthetic cutting fluid, and makes up for each other's shortcomings. It is the trend of cutting fluid development.
T1033 aluminium alloy cutting fluid is a kind of biological stable Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid specially developed for aluminium processing. It doesn`t contain chlorine, phenols and nitrates., it is a formula contains low oil, will have good processing performance in hard water and soft water.
Application:
Suitable material: Suitable for carbon steel, copper, aluminium and plastic processing, not recommended to process aluminium alloy of silicon content more than 26%.
Processing method : Suitable for various processing methods, such as turning, milling, drilling, surface grinding, ect. This product can be widely used for sole machine and central cooling system.
