●Product Description:
MWF Full Synthetic Multipurpose Cutting Fluid Concentrate T1100 is a type of biological stable full synthetic cutting fluid specially prepared for hard ferrous metals. It is a formula containing no oil, will have good processing performance in hard water and soft water.
There are four types MWF: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid, this type is Emulsion Metal Working Fluid. This one is Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid which can be produced by Additive Package (Concentrate).

Suitable material:
Suitable for ferrous metals, copper and had metal material processing, not suitable for aviation aluminium.

Suitable for various processing methods, such as turning, milling, drilling, surface grinding, etc. This product can be widely used for sole machine and central cooling system.
