Product Introduction:
T1100 a kind of biological stable Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid specially developed for hard ferrous metals. it is a formula contains no oil, will have good processing performance in hard water and soft water.
Metal Working Fluid can be classified in four types: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid by different application. T1100 is one type of Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid.
Application:
Suitable material: Suitable for carbon, copper, aluminium and plastic processing, not recommended to process aluminium alloy of silicon content more than 26%.
Processing method : Suitable for various processing methods, such as turning, milling, drilling, surface grinding, ect. This product can be widely used for sole machine and central cooling system.

Suitable for ferrous metals, copper and had metal material processing, not suitable for aviation aluminium.
