Product Introduction:
T1022 does not contain phenol and nitrate, as high performance fluid, it is a kind of biological stable semi synthetic high performance cutting fluid. It will have good processing performance in hard water and soft water.
Metal Working Fluid can be classified as 4 types: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid by different application. T1022 is one type of Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid.
Application:
Suitable material: Suitable for ferrous metals, copper, aluminium and related alloy processing, not suitable for aviation aluminum.
Processing method: Suitable for various metals in strict processing methods, such as drilling, reaming , tapping, ect. This product can be widely used for sole machine and central cooling system.
