Product Introduction:
T3073 is a kind of no odor semi synthetic nanometer grade cutting fluid. It doesn`t contain chlorine, phenols and nitrates. It is designed to replace Castrol Superedge 4K, Master E260, CIMCOOL 20, Blaser 2000.
Metal Working Fluid can be classified in four types: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid by different application. T3073 is one type of Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid.
Application:
Suitable for processing of ferrous metals and copper, magnesium aluminium alloy and titanium alloy.
Processing Method :
Suitable for normal processing methods, including turning, drilling, grinding, tapping, reaming and mild broaching. This product can be equipped for sole machine and central cooling system.
