Product Introduction:

T2002 is a kind of glass grinding fluid, which is composed of different special lubricant component, antirust additive, ect. and other basic component. It does not include mineral oil, and it is a kind of full synthetic grinding fluid, suitable for various glass grinding.

Metal Working Fluid can be classified as four types: Oil Soluble Metal Working Fluid, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid and Emulsion Metal Working Fluid by different application. T2002 is one type of Water Soluble Fully Synthetic Cutting Fluid.

Application:
Suitable for normal and precision grinding of various glass and ceramic, specially suitable for camera lens, ect. glass precision grinding.

Features:
★ Not contain mineral oil, animal and vegetable oil, products will not corrupt.

★ Not contain S, P, CO, phenol, ect hazardous substance, long time for waste fluid storage and processing life. Easy to handle, it is environmental protection cutting fluid.

★ PH value is 8.5-9.5, has buffer solution property.

★ Not contain silicon oil, good antifoam effect, no phenols and nitrates, ect. hazardous substance, high working efficiency. Better protect operator health.

★ Good resistance performance to hard water, suitable for wide area.
★ Free of fatty acid soap, debris is easy to settle. The workpiece is clean and easy to clean.
