Introduction

Neutral calcium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate (Chorus-CA729) is an excellent oil-soluble Anti-Rust Additive and anti-emulsifier, widely used in various industrial lubricant applications where rust protection and water resistance are required.

Its chemical structure and properties are similar to neutral barium dinonylnaphthalene sulfonate (Chorus-BSN), and it can replace Chorus-BSN in some places where the use of barium compounds is restricted.

As an antirust additive, it is well compatible with other functional oil additives and when combined with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP), High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear Ep Additive and other Lubricant Additive Component, it increases the rust-preventive performance of the anti-rust fluid products.

Applications
Work as anti-rust and anti-emulsifier additives in internal combustion engine (ICE) oil, hydraulic oil, paper machine oil, instrument oil, circulating oil, etc.
