High Pressure Sulfurized Isobutylene SIB is produced under high pressure condition, which will ensure the more safety production and meet the regulation. It is produced with the raw material of isobutylene and sulfur or sulfur monochloride, it has considerable active sulfur content to get ideal extreme pressure and antiwear performance. It is broadly applied in producing gear lubricant oil or other industry lubricant oil.

As a type of Lubricant Additive Component, it can blend different kinds of Additive Package along with Corrosion Inhibitor Zddp, Ashless Dispersant , High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear Ep Additive , Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant , ect., particularly suitable to blend Gear Oil Additive Package, Hydraulic Oil Additive Package, Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid, ect.

Used to blend various middle and high level Gear Oil Additive Package and Gear Oil .

Used to blend antiwear Hydraulic Oil Additive Package and hydraulic oil.

Used to blend cutting oil such as Water Soluble Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid.

Used to blend grease.

Treat rate is 1.5-5.0wt%.
